The Privacy Policy establishes guidelines and procedures for managing privacy, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining privacy in Tala Digital Investment Platform(“Tala”) operations.

This policy adheres to Personal data protection law and Implementing regulations, as well as any other applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) also outlines Tala’s standards and rules when collecting, using, and disclosing your personal data.

Once an account is created on the Tala platform, you agree to our use of your personal data and approve according to the Terms and Conditions use of the Platform Tala, and Transparency and according Disclosure Policy and the Privacy Policy governing the use of your data.
